Creating the Most Effective Bait
Creating the Most Effective Bait
For an avid fishing enthusiast, fishing is an incredibly enjoyable activity that not only helps calm the mind but also cultivates patience. However, when fishing doesn't result in catching any fish promptly, it can be frustrating and even lead to feelings of frustration due to the prolonged wait without any success.
Numerous factors contribute to the lack of fish catch, such as fish being already full, overly crowded fishing locations, murky water, and many more.
However, the crucial factor to understand is that the main reason fish may not be biting our bait is that our bait isn't enticing enough to capture the fish's attention. Fish will be more inclined to bite if they find our bait delicious and appealing to eat. The fish will perceive the bait's quality through the scent it emits. Therefore, this time, I'll share the most effective bait that you can create at home, particularly suitable for night fishing sessions for catfish.
Making Nighttime Catfish Bait
Now, here are the ingredients and the steps to make it:
Ingredients for making bait:
- 2 packs of chicken sausages
- 1 duck egg (if unavailable, chicken egg can be used)
- 1 pack of condensed milk
Steps to make the bait:
1. First, finely grind the sausages, either by mashing them with a spoon or using a blender, until it becomes a smooth paste. Place it in a container.
2. Next, separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Mix the egg yolk into the sausage mixture.
3. Then, add the condensed milk to the mixture and thoroughly blend all the ingredients until well combined.
4. Once the mixture is well-mixed, transfer it into a plastic bag, such as a ziplock bag or a plastic ice bag.
5. Flatten the mixture in the bag to approximately 1 cm thickness.
